Practice Mania @ BNP Paribas

As as you have probably heard BNP is very well known tournament where you can get close to big stars on practice courts. The first couple days of the tournament it might be a bit easier to spot superstars such as Roger Federer and Rafa Nadal. Even though you only need a grounds pass entry to spot some of the legends you do have to be ready to push your way into the stances and wait for couple of hours. For most of us it was well worth it :-).

On Friday morning Rafa practiced with Marin Cilic for about 90 minutes and then continued his own practice for another 30 minutes. He was sick for first couple of days of the week, therefore looking a bit rusty by missing some practices. We will see if he is able to bounce back and compete at his highest level.

On Saturday we faced the first upset of the tournament, where qualifier  Vasek Pospisil won in straight sets against number one seed Andy Murray.
