Spider Drill

Great drill for juniors to develop their short sprints.

  • For this drill player will need 8 tennis balls
  • Set one ball in each corner
  • Place the racket in the middle of the court
  • Pick up balls one at the time
  • For a 10-12 years old player good time is around 30-32 seconds
  • For age group 8-10 we can expect them to run around 34-35 seconds
