Jump Rope Workout

Jump Rope should be a part of fitness program or warm-up program ahead of the tournament or practice. If we are doing fitness or conditioning we want to do 10 sets of 100 jumps. In any case, if the student does not reach 100 they have to restart each set. For the purpose of warm-up before the match, I suggest doing 5 sets of 100 jumps.
