Side-Shuffle Cone Drill (Backhand)

Set up five or four cones (depending on the rate of feed)
Player has to move sideways throughout the cones
Important that player is using small steps to side-shuffle
Do 3-sets of 30 balls and work up to 5-sets of 30 balls.
At the end of the cones player has to hit a backhand (out of the jump and throw the weight into the ball)
This can be used either as a fitness drill or form drill in case you slow down the rate of the feed
