Ladder Drill Warm Up Routine

Footwork is one of the most important part of tennis game. The easiest way to incorporate footwork routine is to include it in a daily warm-up routine. We can use ladder drill for the following drills:

  • Sideway Two-Steps  In
  • Forward Icky Shuffle
  • Bunny Hopes
  • One legged hopes
  • In-out jumps
  • Start with 3 sets (each drill) and increase up to 5 sets when you are getting comfortable with the drill.
