Ball/Cone Drill

This is a great warmup drill before the match or it can also be used as part of fitness training.

  • Set up 5 balls or cones (one is home base and 4 balls/cones to move around)
  • Call out number, next to which player has to hit either a forehand or backhand (1 and 2 forehand, 3 and 4 backhand)
  • Repeat this drill 3-4 times 60 seconds each set
