Bench Step-Ups at the Park

Work on your legs by doing simple step ups on bench.

  1. Press up and extend your right knee so you’re standing on your right foot, drawing your left leg up next to the right one.
  2. Reverse the movement and return your left foot to the ground, followed by your right foot.
  3. Switch legs every 30 seconds for 5 sets on each leg.
