Classic Number 8 Drill 

  • One player is hitting cross-court, while the other is hitting down-the-line
  • Switch direction after about 10 minutes
  • Simple drill, but very demanding
  • Helps to build great consistency
  • Amazing fitness drill
  • Start with 5 minutes in each direction and build up to 10 minutes (10 minutes vs. 20 minutes total)
