Tennis Twist Forehand Baseline Drill

Set up a cone on the baseline (close to the backhand corner). Have a ball machine placed on the court (service line) so the balls are landing close to the baseline. Since there are about 5 seconds in between two shots we have plenty of time to set up for the next shot. I suggest doing 5 sets of 30 balls (that is how many balls are in tennis twist). You can also use any other ball machine for the same drill.
