Berry Açaí Bowl

In the recent months you have probably seen significant overflow of Açaí bowls on social media. But what exactly is Açaí?

  • Palm fruit that grows on the banks of the Amazon 
  • Berry that is naturally sugar free, packed with antioxidants, rich with omegas
  • Perfect combination of antioxidants, polyphenols and flavonoids

How to make Açaí Bowl? First step is to have some sort of blender where you have to mix all the following ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 Sambazon Pure Unsweetened Superfruit Pack(s)
  • 1/2 Banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/4 Coconut Water or Non-Diary Milk
Second step is to top it with:
  • Goji Berries
  • Blueberries (fresh)
  • Coconut Flakes (unsweetened)
  • Coconut/Vanila Granola
