Perfect Morning Berry Smoothie

I normally spent most of my day on the tennis court so I like to have easy and light food throughout the day. I start my morning with the following smoothie.

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of blackberries
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 3 large spoons of pomegranate seeds
  • 2 large spoons of goji berries
  • 1/2 of cup of coconut water
  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries
